Production time: 2–4 business days
Delivery time Germany: 2–4 business days

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

All products are made on demand in Germany – high quality, sustainable, and without overproduction.

4. Customs & Import Fees (Switzerland)
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs and import fees may apply.
These are not covered by VAERO Atelier and must be paid by the customer upon receipt.
We label all shipments correctly to ensure the fastest possible customs process.
5. Changing or Cancelling an Order
Changes and cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not entered production.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are possible within 14 days.
Please note:
– Worn or washed items cannot be returned
– Personalized products are excluded
– Returns from Switzerland are possible, but return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours with photos:
We will replace the item free of charge.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Shipments to Switzerland are also fully trackable.

11. Smell After Printing
A slight print-related smell may occur – this is completely normal.
It disappears after the first wash.
12. Care Instructions
For the best quality and long-lasting prints:
– Wash at 30°C
– Turn inside out
– Do not tumble dry
– Do not iron over the print
