Right of Withdrawal

As all VÆRO ATELIER products are individually manufactured after an order is placed (print-on-demand), a standard right of withdrawal does not apply under §312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB for custom-made goods.

However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. Exceptions apply in the following cases.

1. When You Can Contact Us

You are entitled to a resolution within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• A production error occurred on our end

2. How to Submit a Claim

Contact us at vaero@vaero-atelier.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include the following in your message:

• Your order number
• Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your submission and respond as quickly as possible.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For all justified claims — defective, damaged, or incorrect items — VÆRO ATELIER covers the cost of replacement or new production. No return shipping is required from your side.

For any other returns accepted at our discretion, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved following defect confirmation, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method used at checkout.
