1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the VÆRO ATELIER online store at vaero-atelier.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products & Services

VÆRO ATELIER offers premium fashion items produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each product is manufactured individually after an order is placed. As a result, items are not pre-stocked and are made exclusively for you.

3. Prices & Payment

All displayed prices include applicable VAT where required by law. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (where available)

Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. No invoice payment or payment on account is offered.

4. Production & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner MarketPrint. Estimated timeframes from order confirmation:

  • Production: 1–4 business days
  • Delivery within Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery within EU: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery to Switzerland: 4–10 business days
  • Delivery time United States: 2–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. For orders shipped to Switzerland, additional customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at vaero@vaero-atelier.com before the 14-day period expires.

Please note: As our products are individually manufactured on demand, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with §312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB for custom-made items.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us before initiating any return.

7. Liability

VÆRO ATELIER is not liable for delays caused by the fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control including force majeure events. We are liable for defective goods in accordance with applicable statutory law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
